Due to federal and state alcohol laws, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is:
- Damaged
- Spoiled
- Sent in error
If your product meets the above criteria, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo proof or additional documentation.
We do not accept returns for:
- Taste preferences
- Items ordered by mistake
- Bottles opened or tampered with
